Steven came out to the West Coast in February of ’81.  He started doing in stand up in March of ‘81 and was making my living in June of ‘81.  Steven came in third place in the 1985 San Francisco Comedy Competition.  That year Sinbad came in first and Ellen Degeneres came in second.  Steven was one of the original “Outlaws of Comedy” He has appeared in 17 plus films and was a recurring character on Nash Bridges and the Drew Carey Show.
